Craig Northcutt

President

Prior to 1995, he held key officer and management positions at various oil and gas operating companies including AnSon Corporation, Enron Oil & Gas (now EOG Resources), BP America, and Conoco. 

Mr. Northcutt attended Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. Craig is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Oklahoma and Texas and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.  He also serves on the board of the Mid-Continent Oilmen's Golf Tournament. 

He has co-authored several technical papers including SPE papers presented at technical symposiums, and he is serving as an industry expert in assisting the DOE-sponsored Environmentally Friendly Drilling Systems consortium. He and his wife reside in Edmond, Oklahoma. Craig has over 40 years of operations and management experience.

Randy Holleyman

CEO

Randy has over 45 years of operations and management background in oil and gas drilling, completion, production, prospect generation, geology, and reservoir engineering. He has managed the day to day operations for over 1000 wells in the legal capacity of Contract Operator, including the direct supervision of land, legal, joint interest billing, revenue distribution and financial reporting.

He has held key management positions for various oil and gas companies. From 1992 to 1995, he managed operations for Enron Oil and Gas (now EOG) in the Mid-Continent region of the United States. From 1982 to 1992, he managed client activities through his own engineering firm, Hollex Engineering, Inc. Prior to 1982, he managed operations for Sun Oil Company, Universal Resources Corporation, Sanguine Ltd., Berry Petroleum Corporation, and Texoma Resources Corporation.

He attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Petroleum Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma (PE 13999), and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers as well as an active member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.

Scott Smalling

Chief Financial Officer

Scott is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He began his oil and gas career at Devon Energy Corporation where from 2000 to 2013, he gained diverse experience in the areas of corporate finance, banking, planning, corporate modeling, risk management and investor relations. Beginning in early 2013, he served as CFO of Equal Energy Ltd., a publicly-traded independent oil and gas company which was sold in July 2014.
